Packages from home
We have drop off places and a shipping address in Utah for you to send your own package from home. The packages from home are shipped to our warehouse in Brazil, Europe, Uruguay, Paraguay and from there we deliver to your missionary or to the mission office. You have to reserve a place in one of our upcoming shipments. We have shipments twice a month. You can reserve pounds for the next shipment here, you can learn more about how this service works by accessing this page.
Custom or pre-made packages
*Currently only available in Brazil & Europe. We have warehouses in Brazil, Italy, where we prepare and send premade or custom packages to your beloved missionaries.. You can browse our list of products and whatever you add to your cart and purchase will be sent to your missionary in Brazil. Pre-made packages come with a beautiful design and seasonal products from our selection. Access our Brazil website and Europe for the options available.
Custom requests
You can also request custom products such as garments, specific items, or anything that your missionary may need. We will have our personal shoppers in Brazil find them and ship to your missionary. Make a request here.

Missionary Express is a family-run service that helps parents and loved ones send packages to missionaries serving in Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Europe — quickly, safely, and without customs fees. We specialize in delivering directly to the mission office, ensuring every package arrives in perfect condition.
📦 How does the service work?
1. Reserve your pounds on our website for the next shipment. 2. Drop off or mail your package to one of our Utah drop-off locations (Orem or Salt Lake City). 3. We consolidate, fly, and clear customs in Europe. 4. We personally deliver to every mission office — no extra steps for your missionary.
🚫 Will my missionary have to pay customs or import fees?
No. Never. We handle all customs and import processes in advance. That means your missionary will not pay any fees or deal with any paperwork upon delivery.
⏰ How long does it take for packages to arrive?
We ship every month, and deliveries usually take: • Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay : about 2 weeks, depending on the mission it can be faster. We also have special Christmas and Easter shipments — those fill up fast!
🎄 What are the deadlines for Christmas delivery?
To ensure on-time arrival for Christmas, please send your package to Utah by early to mid-November. Exact dates are above this FAQ!
⚖️ What if my package weighs more or less than what I paid for?
No problem! You can add extra pounds on the website and once we receive your package, we weigh it precisely and: • If it’s lighter → we credit or refund the difference. • If it’s heavier → we’ll send you a link to pay the small balance before shipment.
🧴 What can I send?
You can send most non-perishable items, such as: • Clothes, ties, and accessories • Candy, snacks, and hygiene products • Letters, small gifts, and supplements
🚫 What items are not allowed?
Please do not send: • Electronics (check with us first) • Medications (check with us first) • Perishable food or meat If you’re unsure, just message us — we’re happy to check for you.
📍 Where do I drop off my package?
We have two main Utah drop-off points: • Orem, UT • Salt Lake City, UT You can also ship your package to our Orem address if you’re outside Utah or far from us.
💰 How much does it cost?
Prices vary by destination(mission office) and weight. Typically, it’s charged per pound (lb) with a shipping fee according to the mission and includes: ✅ Shipping ✅ Customs clearance ✅ Delivery to the mission office
