You do that by choosing the shipment date and adding that product to your cart.

If you're unsure about the weight, you can reserve some pounds now and add more later, or pick a number and pack your package accordingly.

PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE TO BE DROPPED OFF OR SHIPPED.

Place all your items inside Ziploc bags or space-saving plastic bags, choosing the size that best fits your items. You can use multiple bags at no extra cost, as long as their total weight stays within your reserved limit. You can always add extra pounds to your package.

Include a list of items you are sending for us to see.

We have two drop-off locations in Orem and Salt Lake City. If you’re unable to drop off your package at these locations, let us know, and we’ll help find an alternative.

Important Guidelines:
✅ Where to Leave It: Place your package inside the "MISSIONARY EXPRESS" box at the front door. We collect packages frequently, so it will be safely stored.

❌ No payments are accepted at drop-off locations.
⚖️ Your package will NOT be weighed there—make sure it's ready before dropping it off.

Ship or drop off your package by the deadline listed on the shipment product to ensure it arrives on time.

Tracking becomes available once the package arrives in the country you sent to. You will receive notifications once your package is already on the way to the mission office. If you want to confirm that we received your package in Utah, send us a message or e-mail and we will confirm it for you.

It takes around 7-12 business days for the package to arrive at the mission office. Plan ahead of time!

If you need to add extra pounds to your original order, follow the instructions below:
- Do the same process online and add pounds to your cart on the website and proceed to checkout.

- On the checkout add the coupon code "EXTRAPOUNDS" to get free shipping, so you do not have to pay for shipping fee twice. This code will only work if you have a existing order. 

- Pay for the extra pounds and you will ready to send more love to your missionary.

- Only the original order will be updated with tracking information!

• Make your order to reserve your pounds and secure your spot in our shipment.
• It’s allowed to wrap items inside your package. Just make sure to include the list of items so we know what is wrapped.
• We can NOT accept reservations once we close the shipment.
• PLEASE plan with time ahead so we can receive your package before the deadline. If you do not know the exact weight, you can reserve a few pounds and add to your order later once you find out.
• If one gallon bag is not enough you can add extra bags if you label them.
• Make sure we can understand the name of your missionary and the name of the mission when label your package.
• If you are sending any medicine, please contact us as we need to know if your medicine is allowed. Technology we also ask that you check with us first if it can be sent.
• We will make sure your package arrives to your missionary, please if you have more questions don’t hesitate to ask us.
